About Vicky:
Vicky is a fully qualified Rolf Practitioner. She got into bodywork from a long-term practice of martial arts and yoga.

Structural Integration (Rolfing) is fairly rare in the UK, with approximately only 80 practitioners over the UK & Ireland.

Trained and Certified in Boulder, Colorado USA - birth place of deep tissue work - she was taught by one of the last remaining direct students of Dr. Rolf at The Guild of Structural Integration.

More recently she has set up The SI Directory, a directory to connect practitioners in this specialised field and increase awareness of the work in the public.

Over the years she has continued to deepen her training, studying dissection anatomy, visceral palpation and movement work. She also works in theatre, performance and dance,  relating structural issues across into body expression and movement.
